Daniel Nii Adjei: “My bro Jerome Otchere please I want u to explain to me why new players takes more bonus than old players while they are all playing the same matches”
Jerome Otchere replies: “According to management, Nii, “The bonuses to be earned by every player was stated in the contracts”. They say they are going by what’s spelt out in the contracts. The wisdom behind their current decision, they add, is “To erase the tendency for some players to be content or comfortable with their salaries and not work hard to gain regular selection to play; win and earn bonuses which give them more money than their basic monthly salary. It’s not just about players earning more money. It’s in fact about their contribution of the team success which is most important”.
Final words of Daniel Nii Adjei: “Thanks bro”
